Tasks represent the core usage metric of our platform, and they're different for every customer. Think of them as credits you can use in your projects with us. They are defined and set up when we create your customer account with us. Once you've used up your tasks for the month, you can either wait until the next month, or you can purchase a task package separate from your normal subscription. The price of an extra task package is agreed upon when we create your customer account with us, and it depends greatly on the complexity of the tasks you want to use our tool for, and how much you use our product.

Tasks are very much use-case based, here are a few examples of what one task unit could represent for you as a customer:

• 10 tasks = 1 article generation
• 10 tasks = 1 webpage enrichment
• 100 tasks = 1 full webpage generation
• 10 tasks = 1 product description
• 10 tasks = 10 AI-picked images
• 10 tasks = 1 custom module used in your content

Our tool is customized for each customer. What we provide are human-engineered AI prompts tailored to your company, run through our own in-house software.

If you're on the Basic plan, you won’t interact with the tool directly—instead, you’ll receive the final content output, ready to use.

With the Advanced or Enterprise plan, our team integrates the tool with your CMS, allowing you to use parts of it yourself. The experience varies depending on your setup, but don’t worry—we’ll always be here to guide you along the way!

We use OpenAI models to generate AI-based content and batch-process everything using Python on AWS servers. This enables us to work with a flexible framework that's compatible with most of our customers' existing infrastructures.

We also use third-party APIs for specific tasks, such as:

• Image selection
• SEO scoring
• Webpage scraping
• Readibility scoring

We often use your CMS’s native API endpoints to push content directly into your platform. For more complex solutions, we can also collaborate with your tech team to create a dedicated in-house portal—available with the Enterprise plan only.
